What are you operating hours?
We operate Mon – Sun: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Do you have insurance?
When dry hiring equipment (hire to the general public) it is the hirer responsibility to ensure the equipment is not damaged or stolen, our insurance does not cover this. However when Ponsonby sound hire are setting up and staffing an event we are covered with public liability insurance.
What do we need to bring when hiring equipment?
We require the following: – Two forms of ID (one being drivers licence) – Latest utility bill with current address on it – Payment (if payment has not been made prior) * whom ever is picking up the equipment must provide the above with their information.
What area do you cover?
We predominately cover the Auckland region however if there is something in particular you may need please contact us as we may be able to help.
Are we able to look at the equipment before hiring?
Yes you are more than welcome to come and visit us, one of our staff will be more than happy to help you out.
Do you offer delivery and set up services?
Yes we do offer delivery at a minimal fee of $50 within the Auckland region, we can also pick up for $50. Set up costs will be dependant on what is required for setting up the equipment.
